Description

What's up, fellas? As I head out on a roadtrip with the family, it got me thinking how much life has changed from my old party days to now being a devoted family man. It wasn't easy for me to come to terms with the fact that all my friends were doing it first, while I still wanted to hit up the clubs and bars, dancing, drinking and chasing women until all times of night. How the hell did we get to a place where were are changing diapers, going to recitals and checking in with our wives? How do we maintain our friendships with all these "distractions"? How did this happen? Well, as much as I enjoyed my party days, the evolution of my relationship with my pals has been a gift. One that I hope you all experience as you enter the next phase of your lives. Listen to Coach Vino's story of how learning to let go of what no longer served me, allowed for something far more beautiful to arise.

I hope you enjoy the podcast and it inspires you to begin your coaching journey and tap into the best version of yourself. Cheers!  -- Coach Vino
