How do clients react when a colleague calls out your experience and expertise. This story shows that it can be very powerful.
In my work, we take it even further and tell a story that brings out the person’s experience rather then just claiming it. I call it a Key Staff story. A great way to boost credentials. I first heard this story from the my partners in Australia - Shawn Callahan and Mark Schenk from Anecdote.
