Steve has his fingerprints all over the current success of the Duke Basketball program as well as the run of success the ACC has enjoyed on the hardwood.
During our chat we talk about Steve's road to Durham as a player and later an administrator, his journey into professional basketball in the NBA and the ABA.
Oh, we also talk about his role in hiring a couple of college basketball's most iconic coaches - Mike Krzyzewski and Jim Valvano.
