Hello everyone!

Happy Friday! I am thrilled that the weekend is finally here. Let's quickly revisit this week's episode. We delved into the significance of submission, emphasizing the act of surrendering our will, ways, and ideas to God. Additionally, we provided some valuable tips for those considering a retreat.

In today's discussion, we're exploring two instances of submission found in the Bible. First, let's focus on Joseph, a biblical figure renowned for his unwavering faith and ability to yield to God's will, even during challenging times. Despite being sold into slavery by his own brothers and facing numerous hardships, Joseph remained faithful and embraced God's plan for his life. Through his submission, Joseph ascended to a position of power, ultimately saving his family and the people of Egypt from famine. This stands as a compelling example of the rewards that can result from submitting to God and trusting in His plan for us.

Another intriguing example is King David. Despite being anointed by God to be the next king of Israel, David, a young shepherd boy, remained humble and submitted to the authority of King Saul, even when Saul sought to kill him out of jealousy. David recognized the importance of submission and trusted in God's timing for him to become king. In the end, his submission and humility were rewarded as he became one of the greatest kings in Israel's history. This narrative teaches us the significance of submission and trusting in God's plan for our lives.
