1 Samuel 17:28–33 NIV
Eliab, David’s eldest brother angrily challenged David when he was discussing fighting Goliath. He said:
What are you doing around here anyway?
What about those few sheep you’re supposed to be taking care of?
I know about your pride and deceit. You just want to see the battle!

In summary - David is not fit for war but l tendering sheep and he is there with the wrong intention. So stay away!
This is David’s most senior Brother - someone that knew him from “house”. So one can imagine how that may have easily stopped him from being brave ie this person knows me so well and says I should be there. Perhaps I shouldn’t?
Expect opposition!
This opposition was the devil’s way to demoralise David, attack his bravery so he backs out.
The devil also tried to oppose David through Saul, as Saul also challenged David’s stature and lack of experience.
Expect opposition.
