1 Samuel 16:18–23 NIV

When David entered the palace into the service of King Saul, he has already been anointed by Samuel as the king of Israel; so he knew he was chosen king but yet with humility he served Saul at the palace playing the lyre.  This is worth noting.

Even though Saul tried to kill David in many instances, when David had the chance to, he didn’t, he waited for God’s timing for him.

Just like us, in the various sectors, industries, territories God has called us to lead. There would be a learning season - sometimes unconventional - like David and even Joseph in the kings prison. We would need to humble ourselves to learn and prepare ourselves for that assignment.

𝙅𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙎𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙠𝙨 is a short clip intended to grow and equip us in our trust walk with God. The current focus is on life's seasons. Life is in seasons - so it is important that we lean in and learn from the Holy Spirit. I am grateful that every episode is inspired by the Holy Spirit. I encourage you to learn with me.
