Today I am excited to introduce David! 💃. We will be learning from the seasons and experiences of David's life.
David is such a powerful character in the Bible. The one thing that I admire about him is His love for God. His very heart!
We would begin with a quick look at Saul; who was chosen from the tribe of Benjamin (ravenous wolves, as Jacob called them) and anointed as king over Israel. But he disobeyed the instructions of God, and the last straw was the battle to destroy the Amalekites.
We come to realise how the words of Jacob were at play in Saul's life as a descendant of Benjamin. Instead of destroying the Amalekites today, Saul took spoils from the land, and destroyed the rest of it.
Words spoken in times past came to pass. Words are weighty.
𝙅𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙎𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙠𝙨 is a short clip intended to grow and equip us in our trust walk with God. The current focus is on life's seasons. Life is in seasons - so it is important that we lean in and learn from the Holy Spirit. I am grateful that every episode is inspired by the Holy Spirit. I encourage you to learn with me.
