God’s timing is perfect!
All the series of events that played out in Joseph’s life were master-planned by God. They were predestined to happen at the perfect time.
If Joseph had tried to push or fast-track the prison season, would Pharaoh have had the dream about the abundance and the farming season? That God-ordained opportunity had its timing. It couldn’t have been earlier as Egypt was not about to enter the abundance season, and it couldn’t have been later as it would have shortened the number of years to gather the harvest in the abundance season for the 7 years of the dry season. Everything had to happen as predestined by God.
In His time, He makes things beautiful.
We should also remember that we are all in different races with different timing. We cannot judge our progress by comparing ourselves to others, by where we have been, or by our current position, as we have no clue what lies ahead. The only one who truly knows is God.
Let’s trust that God is never late. He is always right on time.
