1 Samuel 21:1–6, 9–11 NIV
As David fled Saul, God strategically placed different events around him while he was going through this very tough separation to remind him of who God had called him to be and an encouragement that God was with him in every step of the journey. These were simple but powerful reminders: the provision of food, Goliath’s sword, and the men of Gath reminding him of the very song the women of Israel used to sing to him after winning battles.
When we receive those reminders, no matter the form they take, let’s take them as indeed an encouragement and reminder that God is evidently with us even in those times we feel and think we are alone. You never walk alone ❤️
𝙅𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙎𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙠𝙨 is a short clip intended to grow and equip us in our trust walk with God. The current focus is on life’s seasons. Life is in seasons - so it is important that we lean in and learn from the Holy Spirit. I am grateful that every episode is inspired by the Holy Spirit. I encourage you to learn with me.
