1 Samuel 16:14 NIV
When God rejected Saul and The Spirit left him, Saul began to do things in his own strength, We could see a notable difference in his life between when he ruled with the Spirit of God and when he started ruling in his own strength and ability. All this was part of Gods plan to humble him and submit to His will for Saul’s life.
Like us, sometimes we ignore the nudges and promptings from God and try to do things our own way…that makes the most sense!
Saul could have been able to rule Isreal if he had responded to the promptings, changed his ways and depended on God. He could even have been successful through the correcting season if he changed his ways then as well, He had so many chances. Dependence on God is very important to our success in each season.
𝙅𝙤𝙡𝙖𝙎𝙥𝙚𝙖𝙠𝙨 is a short clip intended to grow and equip us in our trust walk with God. The current focus is on life's seasons. Life is in seasons - so it is important that we lean in and learn from the Holy Spirit. I am grateful that every episode is inspired by the Holy Spirit. I encourage you to learn with me.
