6 tips to start managing your anxiety: 
1️⃣ Accept anxiety will never go away.
2️⃣ Recognize your triggers. 
3️⃣ Get clear on what you want most: in all areas of life. 
4️⃣ Eliminate all triggers that are not required for you to reach the things you want most. 
5️⃣ Delegate all triggers that YOU don’t have* to do to reach the things you want most. 
6️⃣ Automate all triggers only YOU can do to reach the things you want most. 
🔄 Reflect. Plan. Apply. Coast. 
🔄 Reflect. Replan. Apply. Coast. 
You’ll stay in this continuous cycle until you’ve achieved all the things you want most.

You can 100% control anxiety yourself. It takes time*, patience, humility & self awareness. 
All of which you have; you’ve just got to dig deep to pull it out & I can help you do that.
