 In this episode of My Sober Addiction, we are continuing the theme of the previous two episodes where we reflected back on our time in active addiction and how different our lives are now that we are living sober but going a bit further.  We are looking into how gratitude is your #1 Tool for life. It’s more than just being grateful for sobriety, it’s al that living sober has done for us. We need to develop a gratitude practice so that we can continue to take stock of all the ways our Higher Power has blessed us and to express gratitude for all of it. After all, we don't like it after we do nice things for people and they don't even so much as say thank you, do we? In fact, a lot of times it causes us to be a bit resentful, right? “They could’ve at least said, ‘thank you!’”
