In this episode I had the pleasure of chatting to Claire Wyatt, an intrepid adventurer who loves exploring on two wheels. Claire has cycle toured extensively and enjoys taking the road less travelled as a way to explore and learn about new countries and cultures. At the age of 26 she has an adventure CV that would rival most. First setting off cycling through Cambodia and South East Asia, before the pandemic sent her back home to the UK. But once you catch the bug for travelling by bike, it's hard to shake it off and Claire's zest for adventure couldn't be held back. She has since toured through Central America, explored her own 'backyard in the UK, as well as enjoyed the friendly hospitality of Ireland, whilst cycling the beautiful Wild Atlantic Way.
Now Claire is on her biggest bicycle tour of them all - one that involves pedalling over 16000km around Australia. I caught up with Claire while she was part way through this trip. Her enthusiasm for travel was infectious and I really enjoyed hearing about her adventures to date and look forward to keeping an eye out on what is to come.
