At the end of 2019, Mark and I packed up our LA place and set out on a nomadic journey that led us to the west coast (Silver Coast) of Portugal.
Deciding to base ourselves there has been one of the best decisions ever!! The gentle pace of life, supportive community and calming energy has brought us so much joy and healing.
