The outpouring of the Holy Spirit began on Pentecost and continues today. In Acts 2, we see that after receiving power from the baptism of the Holy Spirit, the gospel is preached, over three thousand people are saved, the church is born, and God’s kingdom begins to impact Jerusalem. We learn the importance of apostolic teaching, fellowship, communion, and prayer and how they are key aspects of the church today.
