From is younger days in Curacao, discovering his passion for cooking & Lesson he Learned from his father, to the point where he became a father himself. Moving to Rotterdam joining the Hit Series "Master Chef" to later on him opening his first Restaurant "Just" to later opening his next Restaurant "Mondi". Which we talk about the details and inspiration behind the concept. Justin also talked about future projects for airlines and returning home to Curacao to open his 4th Mondi.
