This week’s session I’ll be discussing the importance of healing and not carrying on generational healing baggage. Many of us carry emotional wounds and traumas that have been passed down from generation to generation. These wounds can affect our relationships, our mental health, and our overall well-being. I’ll also touch on the concept of generational healing and how we can break the cycle of pain and trauma. Lastly I’ll discuss strategies for identifying and addressing the wounds that we carry, as well as ways to heal and move forward.
