In this episode, I am joined by Karla Olson, author of The Almost Empty Nester and founder of The Empty Nester Club, to talk about how moms can reclaim their passion and purpose during this life-changing transition. With her unique blueprint and personal experience, Karla shares powerful steps from her book to help you not only prepare for the empty nest but thrive in it. Whether you're on the brink of this new chapter or already living it, tune in for inspiring advice on how to move forward with confidence and rediscover yourself.

Your Dare for the Week ❤️
If you have a book club, read The Almost Empty Nester.  If you don't have a book club, gather your mom friend to read it.

Your double dare is: Write out 10 things that you’ve always wanted to do. Then pick one and then spend about 30 or 40 minutes just researching how you could get started doing that thing RIGHT NOW.
