Summertime can be a really difficult time mentally for so many people. It is so important to check in with yourself mentally at least once a month! Our mind is so powerful and can have a huge impact on us physically, more than we really know. In today's episode we are going to ask ourselves a few mental check-in questions to make sure we are doing okay.
