Recently, I have been struggling a little bit with my mental health and couldn't quite pinpoint why. Business is good, relationships are good, I'm healthy...what is there to complain about? Why do I still feel unsatisfied? Well, I discovered that I am actually pretty lonely, even though I live with my boyfriend because I get little to no human interaction working from home. Today, we're going to chat about experiencing loneliness and how we can help ourselves feel less lonely.
