I have been navigating my journey with alcohol in my life and recently have tried living a "California Sober" lifestyle, aka I have removed alcohol but have been enjoying other things instead! This has helped my mental health and physical health significantly when it comes to going out and living a balanced lifestyle, and I'm excited to share it with you.
