As of this episode recording, I have been unintentionally sober for over a month. I decided to take a break from drinking during our move across the country, and now I am wondering how to reintroduce alcohol back into my lifestyle. We walk a thin line creating a healthy relationship with going out and drinking and today we are going to chat all about that!
