As we head into fall time (aka the GIRLS' time of the year), I think it's time we do a whole refresh for the end of the year...but make it cozy! We tend to overcomplicate habits and routines, but maybe by making it cozy with a softer approach we can simplify our routines. More simple and appriachable routines can lead to more commitmment and dedication. Let's get cozy!
