In this episode, Dawn Baker talks with Minnie Gupta. Minnie started her career as a PhD biochemist and then earned an MBA. She now has her own business as a marketing expert with a unique background that combines science, business, and healthcare. She is the founder of Winningly Media, which specializes in serving small businesses and entrepreneurs with marketing solutions. Minnie is a wife and mother to 3 grown daughters. 

Minnie shares her to transition from biochemistry to business, and how she became the manager of her physician husband’s large private practice. We go into the family crisis that actually inspired her to move out of the phase of life where she helped everyone else in her family and instead focus on growing her own business.
