This episode gathers up the gifts and joys of spring and summer, in nature, family, and a blossoming marriage, experienced by the artist-poet from our early years on the East Coast after making our Marriage Encounter Weekend, to the West Coast when our marriage bloomed with three more children, including our son, whose birthday we celebrate today, appropriately born on the anniversary of the Gettysburg Address to thrill his Lincoln-loving father.
