Today’s episode is inspired by a good chunk of new clients who have come in with their chief complaint being low back pain. They came in with the same complaint; however, their reasons and the underlying root cause of their low back pain were different. One size does not fit all which is why I am huge on an individualized plan but if you are experiencing low back pain here are 3 reasons why it could be happening and some movements to get you started.
