Today’s episode is inspired by patients who have come to see us with hip pain or issues. Though some had mobility issues, everyone had hip stability problems. Teaching them how to control their hip movement has helped in so many other places in their body like their SI joint, low back, and even knee. Tune into this episode as we talk about ways to gain control of your hips so you have better hip mobility, great stability and control, and learn some movements you can add to your routine to keep those hips healthy.
