Today’s episode is all about tension headaches aka stress headaches. This episode is inspired by patients who have been living with frequent tension headaches and was tired of living on Advil or Tylenol to help. They realized that over-the-counter medications were just bandaids and were concerned about long-term effects. In this episode, we will discuss some of the things I educated the patients on when it comes to what tension headaches are, some preventative techniques, and some movements to add to their daily routine to help.
