Description

Episode notes:

Today’s episode is inspired by patients who have breathing dyfunction or just poor strategies to bracing their core. Most of the time when I ask someone to brace their core they immediately hold their breathe. Well that is a poor substitution for core bracing, you can’t build strength and stability off of that. There are plenty more poor substitutions to core bracing and we will discuss 3 of them in this episode and give you some movements to help.
