I just got back from  a week away,  and am giving you my step-by-step strategy I use myself to get back on track and feel like myself again.

But we're not just talking reset, we're talking about the GUILT that can come from overindulging, and the harsh-crap we can give ourselves when we just have fun. I was WAY to restrictive for a long time, and I look back on all of those times with nothing but regret).
