They say in order to heal you must feel, even if you don't want to feel the emotions you have been carrying within for so long. Growing up, the feeling of anger was a feeling I never wanted to allow to surface , because it felt like a heavy burden that could break me at any point, so I buried that emotion, for a very long time, until one day I knew I had to face it head on and forgive myself for carrying this weight upon my heart.
