President Biden's "big boy" press conference was highly anticipated prime time viewing. But, in reality, only the final 30 seconds of it resembled anything like a presidential press conference that we are used to seeing. The other 50 minutes was more like a fireside chat. Pre-selected reporters asking largely open-ended questions didn't exactly put him on his toes. The Democrats will lose if he is on the ticket in November. And this press conference did not knock him out.
