Two topics, DOGE and Ukraine, have dominated the news cycle over the past two weeks. I decided to do a brief overview of both - not to sway opinion - to provide context as to both what DOGE is attempting to accomplish and what led to the confrontation between Zelensky and Trump in the Oval Office last week.
