Welcome to Eat This Bread Drink This Cup
The communion meditation today is based on a passage of Scripture from the Old Testament, Genesis 16:13-16. In this passage of Scripture, Hagar is visited by the angel of the Lord. In gratitude, she calls God by the name, El-Roi, The God Who Sees Me. As we partake of the bread and drink the fruit of the vine from the cup today, we remember Jesus, The God Who Sees Me, who died that our sins might be forgiven.
