Changes. Thats what's happened to today's police agencies. Back in the "good old days". police officers looked paramilitary in both grooming standards and uniform. Today? They still wear uniforms, but the tattoos and beards have become the norm. Is this a good thing or is this just the continuing cycle that's been occurring since the beginning of time?
