Craig Forsberg has been teaching medical cannabis to Military and RCMP veterans in Canada since around 2012. He now teaches anyone (including retirement homes) who is interested in learning more about how to use cannabis, and a few other compounds, to help them deal with seemingly intractable health issues and ailments.
The medical cannabis program is likely the best program that Veterans Affairs Canada has, with over 72,000 active users in the system. It's a great system, other than there is nowhere to get medical guidance on how to use it.
