Erika and I have the chance to interview a local person running for state office in Ct.
Marcus Palumbo is running for state representative in Connecticut's 47th District on a platform of lowering costs, and un-rigging the economy so it actually works for middle-class families, and not just the people at the very top. His priorities include breaking up the Eversource Monopoly to lower electric bills, and lowering your property taxes by reforming education funding and ensuring the richest don't get away with paying a lower share of their income in state and local taxes than a nurse or firefighter is forced to pay.
