Our relationship with food isn't perfect. We still have moments of guilt over weekend indulgences or straying from our disciplined lifestyle. Sometimes, sticking to a disciplined routine feels so good that we hesitate to enjoy an occasional ice cream cone.
We emphasize finding a balance that suits your body and mind. What way of eating lets you indulge without guilt? We explore the 80/20 rule—80% healthy, 20% living life—which has helped us build a positive relationship with food.
Overall, we aim to openly discuss our relationship with food. We believe it's not talked about enough because people fear their mindset toward food might be perceived as toxic. The reality is many of us have some toxic behaviors with food, and it's essential to discuss them openly so we can grow and come out in a better place.
