  4. Find an accountability partner: Having someone to hold you accountable can provide support and encouragement.
  5. Don't be too hard on yourself: Building healthy habits takes time and effort, and it's important to be patient and kind to yourself. - if you fall off start again as quickly as possible
  6. Find ways to make healthy habits enjoyable: Incorporating activities or foods you enjoy can make healthy habits more sustainable.
  7. Stay flexible: Be open to adapting your habits as your needs and circumstances change.
