In this episode we're revisiting the first of the foundations of the Modern LeadHer identity: knowing, liking, and trusting yourself. We spend so much of our lives looking for validation outside of ourselves. The likes and comments on our social media posts, feedback or compliments from others, when we've got it all wrong! The only person that needs to validate you, is you... and that starts with acceptance.
A tool that has helped me on my own self-acceptance journey is Human Design. I created the HD Initiation because it's what I wish had been available to me when I first came across it, to speed up the process and get straight to the heart of it.
