When I signed up to my first half marathon race, I had no idea that the training would be helping through a huge break up. 2 weeks into my training my ex fiancé unexpectedly left me and I still made it over the finish line. When I tell people that I was going through a huge break up when I ran my first ever half marathon race I am constantly asked HOW?! How did you find the motivation & strength to do it.
