In this episode I talk EVERYTHING mindset. This is my favourite topic to talk about. I talk you through 3 things I did to master my mindset in running but these things can be applied to your everyday life too. You don't have to be a runner to benefit from this episode. There is so much I want to say on this topic so I have just scratched the surface. Controlling your mindset can be hard but with the right tools you can become in a master in having a positive mindset and that should excite you!
