So how have I trained myself, and continue to do so?

Step ONE - What is my innate 'Fight or Flight' reaction? 

It is to STAND aka FIGHT, so step ONE was learning to STOP there. STOP Leaning in to FIGHT Krista - Standing up is very different to Leaning in. 

And it's working.

Then, how to calm the innate body and brain responses?

Shake - Like a animal - They do it to destress.

Be HYDRATED. Everything in life is easier if our body are FLEXY vs glass.

Here's to becoming better and better at RECOVERING from stress... because that really is the essence of our lives.
