In this episode I share with you how you are designed to make decisions.
As a Generator, you either make decisions from your gut in the now, or you make decisions from your gut and then you ride your emotional wave to get to an emotional neutral.
Emotional Authority
- I dive into why it's important as an Emotional Authority to ride your wave and how time is actually your friend. This can be difficult in the beginning because we are a society of FOMO and making quick decisions. I believe that this is part of our work, to decondition ourselves in regard to how we have been taught to make decisions.
Sacral Authority
- If you have Sacral Authority, you are meant to make decisions in the now and I discuss why it's important for you to ask questions like "is this correct for me right now?"
- Allow yourself to have fluidity because what was a yes for your sacral could be a no at some point later down the road, and that is totally OK. Your sacral, your soul knows this.
No matter which way you make decisions (Emotional or Sacral Authority), it's important that you ask yourself yes/no questions or have someone you trust asking you yes or no questions.
