We are looking at Genesis 1. Yesterday we saw that God is the all-powerful Creator and everything is ultimately his. As we move through the rest of the passage, we could spend time focused on the five next stages of creation – From formless and void – tohu wabohu in verse 2, where the Spirit of God is hovering over the deep – through the creation of light and the separation of water and land leading up to the creation of man.
