This episode is a continuation from our last intention series episode (Ep. 14 - Intention Series: 3 Ways to Release Auto-Pilot and Connect With Yourself).

In today's episode, we're continuing our exploration of what it might look and feel like for us to create a habit around interrupting moments when we find ourselves on auto-pilot.

As you listen to this episode, consider for yourself:

- When you think about your busiest days/weeks, do you tend to continue to 'go go go' even though you know, deep down, you desire to slow down?

- What does being 'depleted' feel like for you? How do you know you're in need of a moment to pause?

- Do you prefer to check-in with yourself with a tool (like music, self-massage, or self-care) or do you prefer to be in silence? What are the benefits of both for you specifically?

- How do you plan to notice your auto-pilot moments this week/weekend? How will you know when you're in one? 💭

Important Note: If you are someone who experiences heightened anxiety when you slow down in silence, allow yourself to use the tools from Episode #13 before stepping into the next stage of your check-in journey. It is important to meet yourself where you are, there is no rush - just practice, trust & experiences.
