- Current Mortgage Rates: FHA & VA's are roughly between 5.5%, with conventional 30-year fixed right around 6%.
- Current Inventory (# of homes for sale in San Diego County): 2202, about half of our historical average.
- We're seeing multiple offers on all our listings as long as we're appropriately priced.
