It's getting close to Christmas and it's that time to indulge, but what's it going to be like in January? I used to have a big blow out over Christmas only to have to spend months in the gym trying to get the weight off. I know what you're thinking "Don't talk to me this side of Christmas about cutting out the crap because I don't want to hear it. I wan to enjoy myself"
What about though if you could have the treats and not gain all the weight? Sound too good to be true? Well it's not. When you learn to control and reduce your desire you can still have the treats but not lose control.

I have used this approach for the last three years and what I have found is that I actually enjoy Christmas more and wen New Year comes I can spend my energy on my new goals instead of sweating off the pounds in the gym.
