This is where the work really starts, but it is so worth it!
The hardest thing you will experience when doing this work is learning to not give in to an urge. An urge is then same as desire. It is then sensation you feel when someone cracks open the tub of Roses and you just feel compelled to have one even though you promised yourself that you wouldn't.

I am going to show you how to reduce that desire and control it so that it does not become a problem. Then you will not be eating food (or the quantities of it) that you later regret.
