How much do you really enjoy your favourite food?

When you learn to allow urges/desires you will see that your experience of the food is very different. yes it still tastes nice but the overwhelming pleasure when you apply my process that has you just wanting more more and more will be gone, leaving you to enjoy your food and not be controlled by it.

See there are two things going on when we eat these treats. There is the taste and the satisfying of the desire and it is the latter that has us craving the food that we later regret and has us eating more and more and more.

When you have learnt to eat from a place of control and not in response to the desire you will actually be able to experience the taste of the food instead of thinking about the next chocolate before the one you are eating is down the hatch.
It is a very freeing experience and gives you so much free space in your mind because you will not be in that endless cycle of either craving the food or wishing you hadn't had it.
